While style and quality are always important, outdoor fittings involve practicalities that must be expertly considered through the design process. The range offers products to suit a variety of widths and mountings, custom colours, flexible shade angles and optional motorisation.

Skylight & Conservatory Awnings

The Sundream Conservatory Awning is especially designed for mounting above skylights, glass roofs or pergolas, to stop sun and heat before they reach the interior of your home or business.

It is a highly versatile and robust awning system. Fabric is attached to a front bar that glides smoothly along sturdy aluminium side guide tracks that are designed for durability and maintenance free operation.

The front bar is driven by powerful tie rods with the guide pulleys made from high strength synthetic resin.

The roller tube housed inside an extruded cassette has two heavy duty spring units that are increasingly loaded while the awning extends. The fabric is always kept under tension, ensuring it rolls in and out smoothly.

The design allows for a variable ‘steer around’ function to enable the awning to turn corners of up to 90 degrees. This feature is ideal for peaked glass conservatory roofs eliminating the need for two separate systems.

Awnings can extend to 6.5 metres wide and 6.5 metres in projection (limited to a total of 39 metres2) with coupled units extending up to 24 metres wide to a total of 120 metres2. All awnings are motorised and powder coated to your choice of colour.
